The bed was comfortable and spacious, providing enough room to open my suitcase. The lobby area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location of the hotel was convenient, with Namba and Nipponbashi areas just a short walk away. This made it easy to access restaurants and entertainment options.
The curtain installation in the bunk space was poorly done, allowing a significant amount of light to enter. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially for those sensitive to light.

The hostel had the most amazing staff member who went above and beyond for everyone! Plus, free coffee! The bed was comfy, and the toilet was clean. The location was EXCELLENT, within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. The value for the price was outstanding. They provided free toiletries and had filtered water available. The staff even waited for us to check-in after our delayed flight. And the best part? There were convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Definitely coming back!

As a disabled traveler, I was impressed by the accessibility of Hostel Viaggio. the spacious bunk beds provided privacy and ease of movement, making it comfortable for someone with mobility challenges. the staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing me to keep my luggage during a sidetrip. the location was ideal, being within walking distance of popular attractions and transportation hubs.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
